Your mission

ERP and Master Data Management
  • Maintaining and updating the NAVISION database (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Managing and continuously updating vendor, customer, and contact data
  • Creating, maintaining, and managing articles/items in the ERP system
  • Building bills of materials (BOMs) in collaboration with design/construction and production planning
Inventory and Stock Management
  • Performing ongoing material warehouse postings in coordination with procurement, production, warehouse, and controlling
  • Checking and reconciling stock quantities and values
  • Supporting inventory count preparation
  • Ensuring correct warehouse and material movements within the ERP system
ERP System Support
  • Supporting the maintenance and further development of the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Acting as Key User for the purchasing and warehouse areas
  • Contributing to process optimization and digitalization projects
Administrative and Organizational Tasks
  • General office administration tasks
  • Supporting administrative and organizational matters in day-to-day business
  • Covering for purchasing and the front office/secretariat during absences
  • Supporting the handling of international shipments, including invoicing and shipping documentation, in collaboration with purchasing, logistics, and export

Your profile

  • Completed commercial or logistics vocational training or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in ERP/database maintenance, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
  • Knowledge of purchasing or materials management is an advantage
  • Experience in export administration or international shipping handling is desirable but not required
  • Confident use of MS Office (in particular Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Structured, careful, and responsible way of working
  • Analytical understanding
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and cross-departmental thinking
  • High reliability, initiative, and service orientation
