Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Your mission

Managing the entire order process within the ERP system – from quotation preparation through order confirmation to shipment
Preparing and following up on quotations, and maintaining customer contacts together with our product managers
Handling accounts receivable as part of order processing
Organizing and coordinating shipments, including preparing the required export declarations and, where applicable, customs declarations
Ensuring compliance with export control regulations in international trade
Maintaining and updating master data (customer, material, and order data) in the ERP system
Close collaboration with sales, product management, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order processing

Your profile

Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in inside sales, order processing, or export/customs, ideally within a manufacturing, technical environment
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
Experience with export control, customs clearance, and the associated documentation requirements is an advantage
Careful, structured, and independent way of working
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact as well as collaboration with different teams
Confident written and spoken German and English
