- Support, implementation, and management of work within the production process (AIT)
- Capacity planning for the production of space components
- Workplace and process optimization
- Collection and processing of relevant performance data (e.g., Overall Equipment Effectiveness improvement) and development of trends and analyses to assess the quality of the production process
- Representing the interests of product production (Assembly / Integration / Commissioning / Functional Test) during development processes and vis-à-vis relevant trades/disciplines
- Contributing to process documentation; reviewing and approving manufacturing documents as needed

Your mission
Your profile
- Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Solid knowledge of mechanics and a strong technical understanding, as well as practical experience in measurement technology (mechanical/electrical) including data acquisition, analysis, and evaluation
- Initial experience in the aerospace sector is an advantage
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and knowledge of industry-typical quality standards
- Quality awareness, along with openness to and enjoyment of working with different teams
- Confident written and spoken German and English
